Robert Chuckrow, PhD, for an 8-week class in beginning T'ai Chi.
This special program is part of our Fit Over Fifty
series.
T'ai Chi is a meditative
exercise based on Taoist philosophy and other ancient Chinese principles
of health, spirituality, and self-defense. With the help of Dr. Chuckrow,
students learn natural, relaxed movements that promote inner calm and
that improve self-awareness, balance, and coordination.

Each eight-class program is held on Tuesdays
from 3:30 to 4:45 PM. The program costs $64 per person, with a 50% reduction
